International Wine Fair 2008@HKCEC

上星期連續兩日去了由TDC organise的International Wine Fair.

真正experience到成為一個wine taster的感受 (tried up to 5x wines)：身心俱疲．不單是舌頭上的感官細胞會被各款紅白粉紅浸泡得漸漸怠慢下來, 而且腦袋的相關細胞都因為要不停對不同味道作分析而感到呆滯．

小妮問我會不會對wine career/business有所保留，我說，但只要做自己喜歡做的事，做一世也願意（對妳也是一樣＾＾）．

My top wine for this fair - Gere Villany Athus Cuvee 2004

熱烈推薦的匈牙利紅酒, a blended wine of Cabernet Sauvignon, Kekfrancos and Portugieser.

顏色呈ruby red, 一嗅已覺其香氣四溢, 入口tannin柔順, mouthwatering acidity, 香料與red fruit aroma之間的平衡做得十分諧和, aftertaste亦十分悠長. 以HK$200左右的定價水平來說，簡直是超值, highly recommend for daily drinking! 真的想試試Gere的upper grade "Kopar Cuvee"和"Solus"!
